Forgotten Password

To reset your Matrix Messenger password, you must know your secret answer and email address used on the account. If you know these, you can click 'Forgot Password' on the login area of Matrix Messenger.

If you forgot one or both of these details, it will be hard for us to help you recover the account unless you can provide additional details about the account. If you believe you can provide these details, ask a red admin in the help lobby to help you.
