What are Plus, Extreme, VIP, VIP Plus, Gold and Brilliant Subscriptions?

Basic

When you are a new user on Matrix Messenger you will notice different colored names in the chat groups. As a non-paid member, a nickname would show in BLACK. Non-paid members have limited abilities when it comes to viewing multiple video windows in chat rooms. Basic members can join up to 1 (one) chat room at once.

Plus
The next level is 'Plus'. Plus members show in BLUE and can view up to 3 (three) simultaneous video windows.  Plus members can join up to 3 (three) chat rooms at the same time.

Extreme
The next level is 'Extreme'. Extreme members show in GREEN and can view up to 6 (six) simultaneous video windows in chat rooms. Extreme members can join up to 6 (six ) chat rooms at the same time. 

VIP
The next level is 'VIP'. VIP members show in PURPLE and can view up to 9 (nine) simultaneous  video windows in chat rooms.  VIP members can join up to 9 (nine) chat rooms at the same time. 

VIP Plus
The next level is 'VIP Plus'. VIP Plus members show in PINK and can view up to 12 (twelve) simultaneous video windows in chat rooms. VIP members can join up to 12 (twelve) chat rooms at the same time.

Gold

The next level is 'Gold'. Gold members show in GOLD and can view up to 15 (fifteen) simultaneous video windows in chat rooms. Gold members can join up to 15 (fifteen) chat rooms at the same time.

Brilliant

The next level is 'Brilliant'. Brilliant members show in ORANGE and can view up to 25 (twenty-five) simultaneous video windows in chat rooms. Brilliant members can join up to 25 (twenty-five) chat rooms at the same time.

Other Perks

Some subscriptions come with an extra perk such as a level 5 crown.

Subscriptions auto-renew

Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of its term. Be sure you keep your email address on file with us up to date so you don't miss important information regarding your subscriptions.
